Using the CREAFORM Go!SCAN3D scanner we can scan your prototypes to create incredibly accurate initial 3D CAD models. We also offer stand alone scanning services for your car, boat, or anything else you need a 3D representation of.

With four Industrial Designers on staff, we live and breathe in CAD software. The foundation of EES Design Studio is solely based on the fact that every project should begin in 3D. This guiding principle has helped us troubleshoot and streamline the fabrication process beyond our most ambitious expectations.

Sometimes your clients need to see it to believe it and with large sculpture or fabrication projects this was difficult to accomplish prior to 3D rendering. Using a 3D model, we can supply you with realistic visuals to accurately portray your vision to potential clients.

Even when a sculpture defies gravity, it still needs to be structurally sound and safe for the public. From foundations to wind loads, each sculpture project is reviewed by our team of certified engineers. As artists ourselves, we understand the importance of engineering for design to ensure the vision is complimented, not deviated, by any structural elements.

There's nothing worse than having a client come to us with a completed 3D model investment that is not manufacturable. Getting us involved early allows us to provide feedback to avoid costly design changes during fabrication.

From sculptures with one part to sculptures with 5000+ parts, the assembly process is often overlooked. EES Design Studio uses 3D models to build the sculpture virtually and determine the best method of construction before a single piece of material is cut. Detailed assembly packets are included with each project.

Our in-house cutting services are offered à la carte. We can assist with flat patterns, nesting and cutting of almost any material.  High volume or low volume, our CNC machines are available for your utilization.

From floating 0.25" thick aluminum ribbons and free form solid rods to 10" stainless tube bevels, no forming project is too abstract for EES Design Studio. Marrying old school fabrication techniques with innovative technologies we are always up for a challenge.

As a full service sculpture fabricator, EES Design Studio offers professional, licensed installation services worldwide. We have managed installations in Abu Dhabi, Tokyo, Germany and more. Seeing it all come together is our favorite part of the process.

Sculptures are an investment and just like any other investment, they should be cared for regularly. EES Design Studio offers competitively priced annual maintenance packages to keep them looking like new for decades to come.

Have a neglected sculpture that needs some love? EES Design Studio will come to you to evaluate the damage and provide a quote for the repairs. We can repair on-site with our mobile team, or uninstall and ship it back to our studio for the repair work.
