FROM FOUNDATIONS TO WIND LOADS
Even when a sculpture defies gravity, it still needs to be structurally sound and safe for the public. From foundations to wind loads, each sculpture project is reviewed by our team of certified engineers. As artists ourselves, we understand the importance of engineering for design to ensure the vision is complimented, not deviated, by any structural elements.
ENGINEERED 3D MODELS
There's nothing worse than having a client come to us with a completed 3D model investment that is not manufacturable. Getting us involved early allows us to provide feedback to avoid costly design changes during fabrication.
SHOP DRAWINGS AND TEMPLATES
Each phase of the fabrication is engineered in sections with corresponding flat patterns, shop drawings and templates for every step of the process. Starting with the engineered 3D CAD model, all assembly questions are answered and documented prior to fabrication. This streamlined process eliminates surprises and allows for an expedited timeline.
ASSEMBLY PACKAGES
From crating and shipping layouts to full assembly packages, we offer step by step, fool-proof instructions for each project. Whether EES Design Studio is handling the installation, or if you have your own install team, our project documentation is unrivaled.
