WELDING
Our certified welders have decades of experience in MIG and TIG welding of all metals. From large stainless pipe to delicate ribbons, each project requires welding expertise to ensure proper construction.
FINISHING
From steel galvanizing and brass patinas to high polish mirrored stainless steel - the finish of a sculpture can have a significant impact on the overall design intent. We offer a variety of finish options including but not limited to galvanizing, #4 brushed, #8 mirror, patina, powder coating, air brushing, sand blasting, metal printing, etc.
POWDER COATING
One method of finishing aluminum is a process called powder coating. By applying a polyester or epoxy powder and baking the part, the powder fuses to the metal and creates a vibrant protective layer. For outdoor aluminum sculptures we highly recommend powder coating to protect it for years to come. EES Design Studio has relationships with South Florida's most experienced powder coating facilities.
